Terms of Service

Leadizo ("the Service", "the Platform") is a cloud-based lead management system developed and operated by Leadizo Ltd. The Service is provided to businesses and their authorized users via a subscription model. By registering, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To use the Service, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@leadizo.ai.

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis following a 30-day free trial. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. If a payment fails, you will have a 2-day grace period during which access to the Service remains active. If payment is not received within the grace period, your account will be suspended until payment is made. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. The free trial is provided at the company's sole discretion. The company reserves the right to modify, shorten, or discontinue the trial offer at any time without prior notice. Free trial accounts are limited to a maximum of 50 leads. Leads added via API are also counted toward this limit.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: - Use the Service to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service - Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam) - Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to Leadizo Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of such rights. Your data remains yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. The Platform is a tool that assists with lead management. It does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for all decisions made based on information or insights provided by the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leadizo Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Leadizo Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Leadizo Ltd. to you exceed the amounts actually paid by you to Leadizo Ltd. in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
